After the discovery session, we'll create a customized proposal for you with a detailed overview of our strategy, timelines, and pricing. Because we customize our proposals for each new travel partner, much of what was discussed in the discovery session will be included. Once this proposal is approved, we’ll send your initial invoice (generally for 50% of the project cost) and begin onboarding your agency, including the collection of all necessary files and information to complete the agreed-upon project(s).

Once you’ve approve the proposal and paid the initial invoice, we'll schedule a second call, Zoom or face-to-face meeting to go over a deep dive of all project details, set communication and reporting expectations, and provide you with a detailed project plan with deadlines and milestones.

With all of us on the same page, we’ll get to work on your behalf! We'll collaborate to craft your new or revamp your existing website, enhance (or create) your email campaigns, and transform your social media presence into a source of pride and profitable client leads. Our partnership may just be beginning, contingent on the extent of our contract and your ongoing digital marketing needs!
